This notice is given under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. It is a translation for convenience; the Turkish text prevails for KVKK purposes. More detail is in the Privacy Policy.

1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed and how it is collected

  • Game data stored on the device: player name, player ID, progress, match history, settings and preferences. The game creates this data automatically on your device as you play. In this version it does not leave your device and does not reach us.
  • Usage statistics (only with your explicit consent): in-game events, error summaries, your player ID, an installation ID created by Unity, the game version, platform, operating system version, device model, language and the country derived from your IP address. The game collects this data automatically and sends it to the Unity Analytics service.
  • Contact data: if you email us, your email address, your name (if you write it), the content of your message and the player ID you share. This data is collected through the email you send.
  • Running the game and keeping your progress: KVKK Art. 5(2)(c), processing directly related to the formation or performance of a contract.
  • Analysing usage statistics to balance the game, fix errors and improve performance: KVKK Art. 5(1), explicit consent.
  • Answering support requests and KVKK applications: KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and Art. 5(2)(ç), performance of a contract and compliance with a legal obligation.

4. Transfers

  • Usage statistics are transferred, only with your explicit consent, to our processor Unity Technologies and its cloud service providers. These servers are outside Türkiye, in other countries including the United States. The transfer abroad uses the appropriate safeguards provided in KVKK Art. 9 (such as standard contracts) and, where those safeguards are not available, relies on your explicit consent.
  • Personal data may be disclosed to public authorities and courts authorised by law where there is a legal obligation.
  • We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

You can withdraw the explicit consent you gave for usage statistics at any time by turning off the Settings → Privacy → Usage Data switch. The withdrawal takes effect from that moment.

6. Your rights under KVKK Article 11

By applying to the data controller you can:

  1. Learn whether your personal data is processed,
  2. Request information if it has been processed,
  3. Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for that purpose,
  4. Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred,
  5. Request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate,
  6. Request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
  7. Request that the actions taken under items 5 and 6 be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data was transferred,
  8. Object to a result against you that arises from analysis of the processed data solely by automated systems,
  9. Claim compensation if you suffer damage because your personal data was processed unlawfully.

7. How to apply

Send your application in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing to the address above or by email to techcorylus@gmail.com. Include your name, surname, contact details, your request and the Player ID shown in Settings → Account. We may ask for more information to verify your identity.

We conclude your application free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the action requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If your application is rejected, you find our answer insufficient, or we do not answer in time, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Kurulu).
