アカウントとデータの削除

1. In short

• In this version your profile and progress exist only on your device. To delete them, Settings → Account → Delete Account is enough.
• Delete Account also asks Unity to delete any usage statistics linked to your player ID. This request is sent whether or not you allowed statistics.
• If you remove the game from your device, all game data on the device is deleted.
• To request deletion without the game or without access to your device, write to techcorylus@gmail.com.

2. In the game: Delete Account

1. Open Settings → Account.
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

The following is deleted immediately and permanently: your player name, level, experience points, coin and gem balance, characters, outfits, powers, quest, achievement, tournament, festival and mail progress, match history, privacy choices and link requests. The game gives you a new player ID.

The game then sends Unity Analytics a request to delete the statistics of the old player ID and asks for your consent again. The request is sent even if you never allowed statistics and carries only the IDs needed to find the data. Unity completes the request within its own deletion periods.

Your sound, graphics, controls and language settings are device settings and are not deleted; you can reset them with Reset to Default. Some technical records also stay on the device until you uninstall the game: the installation ID created by Unity’s software, cached weather and shop settings, and the local purchase record (empty in this version, which has no real-money purchases).

This cannot be undone. While Cloud Save is not active, we cannot restore deleted progress either.

3. Uninstalling the game

When you remove the game from your device, all game data on the device is deleted. If your device’s backup (iCloud or Google backup) is on, a copy of the game data may remain in that backup. You can delete that copy in the backup settings of your device or your Apple / Google account.

Uninstalling does not delete statistics already sent to Unity Analytics. To have those deleted too, use Delete Account first or send us an email.

4. Deletion request by email

If you cannot access the game or your device, or you are a parent or guardian requesting on behalf of your child:

1. Send an email with the subject “Volley Brawl data deletion” to techcorylus@gmail.com.
2. If you know it, include the Player ID shown in Settings → Account. We may ask for more information to verify your identity.
3. We complete your request free of charge within 30 days at the latest and let you know.

5. Once server features are active

Once account links and Cloud Save are switched on, Delete Account will work like this:

• Your account is deactivated immediately and hidden from leaderboards and friend lists.
• Your personal data on our server is deleted or anonymised within 30 days. This period lets you undo a deletion made by mistake.
• Records we must keep by law (for example purchase records under tax law) are kept only for that period and are not used for anything else.
• The sign-in accounts you linked (Google, Apple, Microsoft) are not deleted; only their link to Volley Brawl is removed.
