2. Response times

3. What to include in your message
- A short description of the problem or request.
- Your device model and operating system version.
- The game version (shown on the store page or in your device’s app settings).
- Your Player ID from Settings → Account, if you can open the game. It helps us find statistics linked to you; it does not reveal who you are.
- For a bug, the steps that lead to it and, if possible, a screenshot.
Never send passwords, payment card details or identity documents in your first message. If we need to verify your identity, we will ask for only what is necessary.
4. Common questions
My progress is gone after reinstalling
In this version your profile and progress are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the game deletes them, and Cloud Save is not active yet, so we cannot restore them. A device backup (iCloud or Google backup) made before uninstalling may bring the data back when you restore that backup.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Matches against computer opponents work without a connection. The shop, leaderboard, friends, mail and festival screens need a connection to open.
How do I change my player name?
Open your profile in the game and choose a new name. A name has 3 to 16 characters: letters, digits, spaces, underscores and dots.
Are there purchases or ads?
The current version has no ads and no real-money purchases. Coins and gems are earned by playing and are spent in the in-game shop. If this changes, the Terms of Use and the store page will say so before it happens.
How do I stop usage statistics?
Turn off Settings → Privacy → Usage Data. No statistics are sent from that moment. The Privacy Policy explains what the statistics contain.
How do I delete my data?
Use Settings → Account → Delete Account, uninstall the game, or email us. The steps are in Account and Data Deletion.
5. Privacy and KVKK applications
Your rights and how to exercise them are explained in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Information Notice. You can apply by email or in writing to the postal address above.
6. Security reports
If you find a security vulnerability in the game or on pekogames.com, write to us with the subject “Volley Brawl security report”. Describe the issue and how to reproduce it. Do not access other people’s data, disrupt the service or publish the details before we have had a reasonable time to fix it.

Volley Brawl is developed and provided by Sercan Göger, trading as Corylustech. Corylustech is not a separate legal entity. Volley Brawl and Peko Games are brand names.
