1. Operator and scope

These terms concern the information website pekogames.com, operated by Sercan Göger (Corylustech), Turgut Reis Mahallesi, Karaosmanoğlu Caddesi, Esenler / İstanbul. Contact: hello@pekogames.com.

The mobile app is covered by the separate PEKO terms of use. The website privacy policy explains data processing; these terms do not replace a required privacy consent.

2. Using the site

You may browse the site free of charge, link to its public pages and save or print reasonable extracts for personal reference. Parents, guardians and teachers may use the information to understand PEKO and help children use it appropriately. No site account or payment is required.

Children should ask an adult to handle support and other correspondence. Do not submit private information about a child or anyone else unless it is necessary and you have authority to do so.

3. Content and permitted use

Our software, brand artwork, texts and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Access to this site does not transfer those rights. The copyright page describes permitted reference use, children’s creations, permission requests and infringement reports. Open-source and third-party material remains subject to its own licences.

You must not impersonate Peko Games, misleadingly suggest an endorsement, redistribute our downloadable or visual assets as a standalone product, or remove required attribution. This does not restrict rights the law or an applicable open licence grants you.

4. Responsible access

Do not interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, bypass security controls, attempt to access private systems or send abusive automated traffic. Ordinary browsing, legitimate search-engine indexing and good-faith reporting of a vulnerability are not prohibited. For a security report, follow the support instructions.

5. Product information and links

Screenshots, feature descriptions, supported devices and availability can change as PEKO develops. A “coming soon” label describes a feature or store listing that is not yet available; it is not a delivery promise. Current store listings and in-app information provide version-specific requirements. We correct material errors when identified.

External websites, app stores and your email application are separate services with their own terms. Linking does not mean that we control or endorse everything those services contain. This website does not sell subscriptions or process purchases.

6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the information clear and the site accessible, but maintenance, network failures or updates may interrupt access. We may change or retire pages; where practical, existing legal links will redirect to their replacements.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. We make no promise of uninterrupted access, universal device compatibility or a particular educational result from the information on this site. Liability is determined by applicable law; these terms impose no automatic monetary cap or blanket indemnity on visitors.

7. Questions and disputes

Contact us first if information is incorrect or you have a concern. Turkish law applies insofar as permitted, without taking away mandatory consumer protections or access to competent courts and authorities in your country. No mandatory private arbitration or waiver of statutory remedies is imposed by these terms.

8. Changes and document language

The date above identifies the current version. Changes are published here; material changes to the app are handled under the app’s own terms. Turkish and English versions are intended to convey the same meaning. If you notice a discrepancy, tell us; mandatory local rights are preserved in either language.
