You can use this address for support, privacy, KVKK applications, data deletion requests, safety concerns and security vulnerability reports.

2. Response times

3. What to include in your request

  • A short description of the problem or request.
  • Device model and operating system version.
  • PEKO version (shown in the app store or in the app information in your device settings).
  • If it is a bug, the steps that lead to it.
  • If you are writing on behalf of a child, state that you are the parent or guardian.

Please do not send us your child’s name, photos, voice recordings or screenshots showing your child’s face. We do not need them. If you send a screenshot, make sure it contains no personal information.

AI 3D support, where available

For a connection or generation problem, send the provider name, app version and a sanitised error description. Never send the API key, account password or an unredacted screenshot of credentials. Provider billing, credit refunds, account deletion and deletion of content on provider servers must also be addressed with that provider. Our support can explain the app’s controls; it cannot access or close your external provider account.

4. KVKK applications

  • To exercise your rights under KVKK Art. 11, you can send your application in writing to Turgut Reis Mahallesi, Karaosmanoğlu Caddesi, Esenler / İstanbul, or by email to privacy@pekogames.com signed with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature. We also answer unsigned email applications; in that case we may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
  • The application should include your name and surname, your signature for written applications, your Turkish ID number if you are a Turkish citizen (or your nationality and passport or ID number if you are a foreign national), your address for notifications, your email address and phone number if any, and the subject of your request.
  • We answer KVKK applications within 30 days, normally free of charge, subject only to exceptions expressly permitted by law.
  • If you find our answer insufficient, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board. Details are in section 16 of the Privacy Policy.

5. Safety concerns and emergencies

  • If you see content in PEKO that you find unsuitable for children, a problem with the parental gate, or a bug that could affect a child’s safety, write to privacy@pekogames.com with the subject “Safety report”. We review these reports with priority.
  • This version of PEKO has no sharing or messaging between users. There is therefore no feature for reporting another user.
  • If you believe a child is in immediate danger, first call your local emergency number (112 in Türkiye and the EU).

6. Security vulnerability reports

  • If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in PEKO or our server, write to privacy@pekogames.com with the subject “Security vulnerability”. This address is used until a separate security address is set up.
  • Please describe how you found the vulnerability and how it can be reproduced.
  • Do not access or change other people’s data, do not disrupt the service, and give us a reasonable time to fix the issue.
  • We will confirm that we received your report and try to keep you informed. We do not intend to take legal action over good-faith reports that follow these rules.
